Not sure you spend enough to make this worth it? +
Bring it to the call. It depends on more than one number, and it's a quick conversation to figure out whether Volant actually makes sense for you. No pressure either way.
Do I need to know where I want to go? +
Not at all. Some people come in with a specific trip already in mind. Others just know they want to travel better and aren't sure what's possible. Figuring that out is part of the fun.
What do you handle, and what's on me? +
We build the whole strategy: the cards, the points, and how to turn everyday spending into real elite status and premium trips over time. Your accounts and points stay yours. We handle the expert part, the strategy and the hard-to-find redemptions that take years of doing this to get right.
Is this a travel agency? +
No. We're advisors, not a travel agency. We don't sell or book travel inventory. We build the plan and guide you through it, and the trips come out of your own points.
How does the points side actually work? +
You keep earning points the way you already do. We tell you exactly which cards to use, when, and how to position your points so they're ready for the trips you want. When it's time to travel, we know precisely how to turn those points into premium seats and stays.
What does it cost? +
It's set on the strategy call, not published as a flat number. Membership looks different for different people, so a single sticker price wouldn't be honest. You'll know exactly what it costs before you commit to anything.
Do you make a commission on any of this? +
No. We don't take referral fees from card companies or commissions on your travel. You pay for our advice, and that's it. What we recommend is what's actually best for you, not what pays us.
How fast can I take a trip? +
Depends where your points stand today. Some people are ready to book almost right away. Others build for a bit first to reach the trip they really want. Either way, you'll get an honest timeline on the call, not a sales pitch.
Do you work with clients outside the US? +
Trips can go just about anywhere. Clients, for now, need to be US-based. That'll probably change, but that's where we're starting.
